🔁 Returns & Replacements Policy

Since each product is handcrafted with care, we do not accept returns unless there is a genuine issue with the item received.

🧵 Replacement Terms

  • Replacements are offered only if:

    • The item received is damaged or

    • You received the wrong product

  • To be eligible, you must share photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery.

🔄 What’s Not Eligible

  • Slight color or design variations are part of the handmade charm and not considered defects.

  • We do not offer exchanges, returns, or replacements for reasons related to personal preference or handmade variation.

💸 Refunds

  • We do not issue cash refunds. Only replacements for eligible cases will be processed.

  • We bear the return shipping costs in case of a valid replacement.

 

❌ Cancellation Policy

At Knotty and Lit, all products are made to order. Hence, we do not accept cancellations once the order is placed.

🚚 Shipping Timeline
All products are made-to-order.

Orders are typically shipped within 7–9 working days.

You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

📍 Delivery Area
We currently ship across India only via trusted third-party courier partners

💸 Shipping Charges
Shipping is charged at a fixed rate and displayed at checkout.

🔄 Delivery & Re-attempts
If your order is returned to us after a failed delivery attempt, we will offer:

One free re-shipping OR

Store credit (valid for future purchases).

No cash refunds will be issued in this case.

📦 Partial COD

Partial COD advance payments are non-refundable in case of order refusal or cancellation after confirmation, as the product is handmade and shipping + return shipping costs are incurred.

⚠️ Important
COD orders are not eligible for open-box delivery. Please do not request to open the parcel before payment.

We take full responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Please contact us immediately in such cases.
