β Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed, it immediately goes into production and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
β Returns
We do not accept returns for any reason, including:
- Change of mind
- Color preference
- Handmade imperfections
All sales are final.π§΅ Replacement Policy
Replacements are only offered in genuine cases of damage or wrong product received.
β You are eligible for a replacement if:
- The item received is damaged, OR
- You received the wrong product
To request a replacement:
- Email or DM us with clear photos or videos of the issue
- Do this within 48 hours of delivery
If your request is approved, we will:
- Ship a replacement at no additional cost
- And bear the return shipping charges (if applicable)
π Whatβs Not Eligible for Replacement
We do not offer replacements for the following:
- Minor design, size, or color variations
- Product looks different from photos due to lighting, screen settings, or handmade texture
- Custom or personalized orders
These are natural variations and a sign that your product was made by hand, not mass-produced.
πΈ Refunds
We do not issue cash, UPI, or card refunds.
For valid replacement cases, we will only offer:
- A replacement of the same product
- Or store credit (if replacement is not feasible)
No monetary refund will be provided under any circumstances.
