We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed, it immediately goes into production and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

❌ Returns

We do not accept returns for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Handmade imperfections

All sales are final.🧡 Replacement Policy

Replacements are only offered in genuine cases of damage or wrong product received.

βœ… You are eligible for a replacement if:

  • The item received is damaged, OR
  • You received the wrong product

To request a replacement:

  • Email or DM us with clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Do this within 48 hours of delivery

If your request is approved, we will:

  • Ship a replacement at no additional cost
  • And bear the return shipping charges (if applicable)

We do not offer replacements for the following:

  • Minor design, size, or color variations
  • Product looks different from photos due to lighting, screen settings, or handmade texture
  • Custom or personalized orders

These are natural variations and a sign that your product was made by hand, not mass-produced.

We do not issue cash, UPI, or card refunds.
For valid replacement cases, we will only offer:

  • A replacement of the same product
  • Or store credit (if replacement is not feasible)

No monetary refund will be provided under any circumstances.
