5. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India using trusted courier services.
- Delivery time is 7–9 working days including order processing and shipping.
- We are not responsible for delays due to courier or external factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).
- Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts will be re-shipped once for free or issued store credit. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

- Returns are not accepted.
- Replacements are offered only in case of wrong or damaged items.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof for a replacement request.
